The Design Element
Horizontal scrolling sites are like a little treasure to find. Every time I see them implemented I am like, oh, this is different. And it seems that in most cases it is really put to use in an intelligent way. Perhaps I am easily amused, but I think I just look at way to many sites and finding something that stands out is always so nice and refreshing. So perhaps if this style fits your topic it might just be the extra touch to make your site stand out.
